MosesWest Ham are chasing Victor Moses hard and still hoping to conclude a deal for the Chelsea winger.
The move has been approved by manager Slaven Bilic and the club’s negotiators are still in talks with the south west London club and doing their utmost to complete the deal.
ClaretandHugh understands that the Irons have offered £6 million for the player who has been on loan at Stoke and Liverpool over the past two season.
However, the Jose Mourinho managed-side are understood to be looking for around £10 million for a player who remains entirely peripheral to their first team plans.
A Hammers source told ClaretandHugh exclusively: “We are talking and believe a deal could be on and have made an offer of £6 million.
“Chelsea are looking for around £10 million but we remain hopeful that something can be sorted out.”

If a major incentive for West Ham is to have an option for a permanent deal...how comes it's taken this long to discover that fact?
I've no idea about negotiations. Perhaps Juventus changed their mind and moved some goal posts? Or we did? Who knows.
We do love steaming into transfer deals and coming out without the player.
